From almost 3000 miles away, we managed to purchase a dream house in the San Diego area with the help of Keith Cox.

Through the use of e-mails, digital photos, and phone calls, Keith was able to showcase the candidate homes on the market and to allow us to make a determination of the house we want to bid on. So with one final trip across the continent, we locked in the contract with the seller. It was a real estate transaction that would not have been possible even 10 years back. After living in San Diego for 27 Years, I retired to a wonderful lake home in Minnesota. Leaving San Diego and a lifetime of memories was difficult. I was suddenly faced with the prospect of selling my home in San Diego while in movement to Minnesota.

I contacted Keith and Orit Cox to handle the San Diego sale. This dynamic couple made the process smooth and seamless without adding to the stress of moving. They provided me excellent advice concerning the sale process and remained totally committed to keeping me informed throughout the entire sale process. We accepted an offer for more than the asking price, at the time, it was the highest offer received in the area for comparable homes. I was very pleased with their performance, especially their knowledge of the real estate market in San Diego. The sale was conducted in a professional manner and I was provided regular status reports throughout the sale until its successful closing.

In Response to a Thank You letter we Sent to Tor

You are very welcome!

It's really difficult to find a Realtor that you can trust specially if your selling a house located in a different time zone. Anyway, when I met you personally, I knew right then that I could trust you.

Thank you and more power. Thank you also for the two books that you sent. I did feel like a millionaire when I paid off my mortgage here in Atlanta and purchased a new car.

Been thinkin' about you............PLEASE TAKE ME OFF YOUR EMAIL LIST.........thanks.

I just get too many emails and looks like I'll have to change companies to get rid of some of these. Plus I ain't lookin' for any places in SD.

What a time this has been with the 1031..........finally I narrowed it down to a place in Palm Desert, one in Paso Robles, and one in Olympia Washington...............don't think that didn't take some lookin'.

Oh I forgot the one in Phoenix. We found a great house 11 years old...........wonderful.................when we had the home inspection done there was a foundation crack east to west thru the entire house. The seller marked they had no knowledge of the crack even tho they had tried to cover it up on the exterior. CUTE.

So tomorrow I'm opening escrow on the Palm Desert condo. I just felt it was time to get rid of San Diego.

The reason I was thinking about you was I need someone to go over the escrow papers with me..........I thought where is Keith?

Thanks so much for finding the perfect home for us, and for being so patient with us. We know we were a little difficult, but you didn’t give up on us. THANK YOU.

We can’t believe you actually found a home complete with doggy doors. Terry doesn’t have to get up to take Sandy out at 4 in the morning anymore. He feels like he’s getting a full night’s sleep now. It’s been years since he’s been able to sleep all night.

Again, thanks so much for putting up with us and being so understanding. You helped me feel more comfortable through the whole process. We will definitely not forget you, and will be sure to recommend you to our friends.
